Grades a quiz attempt: choice questions automatically, open answers by the server LLM if configured, otherwise queued for the department head.

Caution. Each call uses an attempt (default limit 3). Refused while an attempt awaits review, after the module is passed, or when no attempts are left.
When to use
- The employee has answered every question of the quiz.
