memory_skill_update

Records whether applying a skill worked, and can add new steps or an anti-pattern to it.

When to use

  • You just followed a skill and want its success rate to reflect the outcome.
  • A step was missing and you want to add it.
  • Something went wrong and you want to record what to avoid next time.
