memory_graph_index
Re-reads your CLAUDE.md, skills and rules files and rebuilds their nodes and edges in the knowledge graph.
local stdio server writes idempotent
Caution. target "all" first deletes the nodes created by the previous indexing run, then rebuilds them.
When to use
- You edited CLAUDE.md or a rules file and want the graph to reflect it.
- You added or changed a skill and want it linked to its concepts.
- Graph-based lookups show outdated rules.
