Marks a lesson as studied, records the time spent, and adds a short note to the employee's own personal memory.

Caution. The lesson must have been opened with onboarding_next first. Agents should complete lessons only on the employee's explicit confirmation, never in bulk.
When to use
- The employee confirms they have understood the lesson.
- A lesson flagged as updated has been reviewed again.
